I place my order on December 31st. On January 5th, I followed up via email as I never received any indication of my order status afterwards. I asked if the order had been mailed but received no response. This despite claims that orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.

I followed up via email on January 12th and have to date have never received a response.

I paid for an order, never received my order and have never received any further communication regarding the order despite multiple inquires.

I have filed a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. I only thank god that I used Paypal to pay and did not give these people my credit card information directly.
